Complex traumatic cervical fractures like Odontoid fracture, Hangman fractures, Cervical listhesis, dorsal and lumbar spine fractures can be managed with Spinal instrumentation with the assistance of C-arm / O-arm and advance navigation system.
Brachial plexus injuries can be managed by neurotisation techniques like Oberlin, Somsack, Spinal accessory to supraspinatus nerve transfer. Nerve entrapment syndromes like carpal tunnel and cubital syndromes can be can be managed with endoscopic / open nerve decompression.
